Metal Fabrication has passed through three generations of the Hughes family, dating back to the 1890’s. In past years the majority of our work was ecclesiastical hand crafted brass and Iron structures. As time progressed we began working with other metals, which led us to specialising in stainless steel for the bar and catering industry.

Today we supply high quality stainless steel products and catering equipment through ought the entire island of Ireland. Our client base includes Restaurants, Bars, Hotels, Convenience stores, Delicatessens and Hospitals.

Our factory is located in Ballymount Road Industrial Estate on the outskirts of Dublin City (Location Map) Where we have a team of fully qualified fabricators (Awarded by FETAC & City Of Guilds).

Our production team take pride in the quality and appearance of their work and are encouraged to devise creative ways to design and overcome challenges for each project.

Our fabricators use Haco Guillotine and Break Press technology and are highly skilled in Tig welding.

We also have in-house polishing facilities to give our steel its best appearance.

The broad skill set of our production team and our use of modern equipment, enables Hughes Fabrication to operate a dynamic and flexible production line.

Liasing with our clients at all stages of project development allows us to make adjustments to unforeseen events or changes, helping us to deliver good quality on schedule and keeping costs low.
